The death of baby Peter makes any mother or human being cringe

I can’t read stories like these – as a mother, as a human being – or I wish I couldn’t; I wish there were no stories like this one: a mother, a step-dad, and his brother in England were all sentenced to prison for having tortured a 17 months old baby to death. When the boy was found dead in his crib, he had over 50 injuries to his body, including a broken backbone, broken ribs, skull fractures, and no nails.
