Baby belly dancing outfits?

Walking through the crowds yesterday, every so many minutes, a young man would motion towards my belly and exclaim “WELCOME! Nice baby!!” and a couple of times they tried to sell me specific somethings “for the baby.” One very crafty young salesman even presented a tiny little belly dancing outfit, and looked sincerely disappointed when I put my hand around my belly and revealed “wallad.”
